Roots & Branches is a family-owned and operated artisanal bakery located in Asheville, North Carolina. Since 2011 we have been crafting small-batch handmade crackers and flatbreads. Our philosophy embraces: real food, the purest high-quality ingredients, meticulous baking techniques, and a commitment to customer service and respect for our dedicated hardworking staff. We believe in the joy of baking, from the moment we arrive in the bakery as the sun is rising until the moment you experience the exquisite flavor and texture of our crackers and flatbreads. To compliment our baked goods we also offer a line of delicious, healthy ready-to-make soup mixes, incorporating the same commitment to the finest ingredients.
